July 1, 2007 - In June of 2007, Charles River Wine Cellars commissioned Slick Doozer Technologies with the development of a Client Portal to help meet demands of the growing personal wine cellar construction business. The purpose of the Client Portal would be to streamline the project management function throughout the project lifecycle, for both employees at Charles River Wine Cellars and their customers.
The Client Portal will help to minimize the email trail throughout a project by centralizing communication through a private dynamic portal page for each customer. Employees will have the ability to provide a project status, post messages, and upload photos and documents. Customers will have the ability to review project status, review and reply to messages, and review photos and documents.
The anticipated launch of the Client Portal will be in August of 2007.
